The annual subscription (4 quarterly issues) is 40 PLN for individual and 60 PLN for institutional subscribers. Single issue is 15 PLN. The orders are accepted by regular mail or fax (+48 42 636 35 18) at the address of MEDITON Publishing House as well as by e-mail (mediton2@mediton.pl) or by using the following order form. The possible subscription period is: 1 or 2 years. The payments should be made into bank account WBK 51 1090 2705 0000 0001 0902 9455. Shipping costs are covered by the Editor. |
