Poorly differentiated carcinoma arising from multifocal Warthin’s tumor in a patient with parotid glands oncocytosis – a case report

A rare case of Warthin tumor with malignant transformation and multifocal development of an undifferentiated cancer in a 65 years old man is reported. Diagnostic problems in case when Warthin tumor residues are not visible in HE staining are reported. The necessity for differential diagnosing of a metastatic cancer from an unknown primary site is indicated.
