Although meningiomas are common tumors of nervous system,
primary extracranial meningiomas are extremely rare.
We present a case of a 33-year-old patient admitted to the
otolaryngological ward for nasal polyps. A primary extracranial
meningioma was identified from the results of histopathological
tests and imaging. The patient was treated by Functional Endoscopic
Sinus Surgery (FESS), with no recurrence of the tumor
observed during 6-month follow-up.
